your mission:

  • Articulate customer requirements clearly and work with the Build team to design and implement solutions
  • Create project plans and ensure proper specification of benefits and deliverables
  • Manage budget, schedule, deliverables and KPIs on a daily basis and execution of the plan to successful completion of all tasks (quality, completeness and timeliness)
  • Establish business change and appropriate risk management
  • Evaluate customer priorities throughout the project and execute change control processes to ensure the project meets the customer’s requirements
  • Conduct and document project progress meetings and in-process reviews
  • Identify and drive resolution for project issues
  • Establish a project culture that embeds a "passion for business as well as IT" and a "can-do mentality"

your experiences and talents:

  • Experience in project planning and preparation, project management and different project methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 or SCRUM)
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL process framework
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • University Degree in Computer Science or comparable subject area
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proactive team player with very strong willingness to serve and early adopter mentality
  • Strong communication and demonstration skills in English and German, both within the IT community and with key corporate stakeholders including senior management
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
