your mission:

  • Articulate customer requirements clearly and work with the Build team to design and implement solutions
  • Specify of selected E2E processes for implementation in the Salesforce CRM system
  • Consult the Lead Process Expert / GPO / Business Champion community to collect business requirements and translate these into Salesforce functional capabilities
  • Collect, understand, document and manage user stories associated with the process area responsibility built into Salesforce
  • Coordinate implementation activities together with the CRM Program / Project /Test Managers to ensure that the developed solution & configuration fulfills the identified requirements
  • Drive the handover of the CRM releases together with the CRM System Owner (Release Manager)
  • Manage the CRM backlog through identification & collection of new user requirements, proactively recommending improvement options for processes and capabilities

your experiences and talents:

  • Experience in soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user requirements incl. organizing, running & facilitating workshops with business stakeholders
  • Know-How in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Tools, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Understanding of CRM key concepts like Sales Models, Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, Project Management, Contracting & Case Management
  • Knowledge and experience of BPMN as a graphical representation for specifying business processes in a business process model
  • University Degree in Computer Science or comparable subject area
  • Proactive team player with very strong willingness to serve and early adopter mentality
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both within the IT community and with key corporate stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
